All right, I think I got all the information right.

Here it is:

The challenge made by Krollon Arkanan to Zen Rising for the Fourth Baron's Ring shall be fought on the twenty-third of July, at 11 PM Eastern, in the Basement Annex. Cygnet Seraphin has agreed to oversee the match.
