NOTICE TO APPEAR


Plaintiff: The Jakvaltrds, Seamus MacDonnaugh

Respondent: GnimishRW aka the OverGnome, GnomeBoy, et al.

To the respondent:

You are hereby ordered to appear before the RhyDin Magistrate, and a jury of your peers, to answer the following charges:

1. Reckless endangerment within the annex.
The plaintiff claims that the respondent did knowingly and willingly launch a watermelon from a moving lazyboy™, upon innocent bystanders.

2. Flying Low.
The plaintiff claims that the respondent did break the low flying limit, endangering himself and others.

3. Slander
The plaintiff claims that the respondent did, without cause, and within an open forum, before witnesses, falsely accused him of vandalism.

The victim, er, plaintiff claims as recompense for his injuries, both mental and physical, the following items:

1. One Flying lazyboy™

2. One thwappstick™

3. Title to the GnimDuck, GnimDis, and GnimSlash

You have 48 hours to file a response to these charges, failure to do so will result in default.

Mr. Gnimoi,

Due to the fact that you have not formally been served due to your (telling?) absence, we have extended the deadline for your response. Your new deadline is Sunday, Sept. 7, 1997. Failure to respond will force me to file for your immediate arrest, and confiscation of the aforementioned items. My client would prefer to settle out of court, if at all possible.
