::enters the arena with an aire of satisfaction and of sorrow and moves to the boards without haste nor hesitation::
::Standing before the message boards he strips off his uniform allowing it to fall to the floor, leaving him standing clad in the kilt that he wore on his forst enterance to the arena some two years ago::
::looking down at the uniform crumpled on the floor and knowing that he can not post anything while in it.
::tacks up the simple note penned by the hand of a quiet, simple Scottsman::
To all who will read::
Short in word, long in thought
The storm has hit us friends and as we prepare ta' weather tha storm let us no' turn ta' the roles of looters and naysayers.
Many haf' been here for long enough to haf' experienced such storms and can reflect on wha' "we" did right an' what we did wrong, an' what we SHOULD haf' done.
Many haf' nae been here as long and haf' heard only of tha' storms past from those tha' suffered and them tha' survived unscathed.
People haf' come and people haf' gone. Some having left their mark on this great arena and some haf' gone unseen and thus unremembered, but wether remembered or not, wether impacting on the collective whole or not all haf' had an impact in some way or another.
Controversies always come to light as i' is human nature ta' survive and better ourselves, sometimes to the benefit of others and other times at their expense. But we survive none the less.
Thus is the way of the Duel of Swords. nary a civilization has stood when all its people are at arms against each other and neither can Rhydin nor the Swords survive as such.
For tis a greater men that set aside their differences and bind themselves together for one cause than them that seek their own glorification or gratification and stand alone against the rest.
IF the Duel of Swords is to survive then one and all must rally together and fight for what we have lived and died to keep sacred to ourselves.
What good can come through this ordeal if we lynch each other? In the end the building will remain, our blood and sweat will remain, our loves and loathes will remain, but we will not. The arena will stand for nations, peoples, races to come as some ancient temple or civilization fallen to look at and wonder and speculate what went wrong.
We as a collective, as a group haf tha power inside of us to wether the storm. Ta' board the windows and batten the hatches so to speak and survive.
HELIX:: My utmost respect, love,honor,admiration, and the like goes out to you in this most difficult decision. Ya' welcomed me in some years ago a total stranger and gave me a place in this history. Thank you. My sword and my loyalty are ever at your call. To fellow callers and keepers of the Queue tis the same and to all that have touched and enriched my life thoroughout wether positive or negative I pledge the same. For this is my home, my life
and my love . And all are a part of it. The building will remain, our blood and tears will remain, our loves and loathes will remain but if WE do not remain what good is it all.

::Smiles softly seeing the note from her old friend and remembering when he stole Summers pinkies:: Laughs softly and walks off shaking her head mumbling to herself...seems like a life time ago......
