Asserted Provocation (Idiot's guide book: Challenge)

To the respective titles,
This missive is stating that I am excercising my right to challenge for the ring Var wears.
Var, I do not find you honorable, which doesn't make you a worthy baron. You have a lack of acceptace towards everyone who does not act like you, which is a major problem since you do make decisions on behalf of the council, regarding challenges and such.
Yes, I have a desire to become a baron again, and you holding the ring gives me an easy choice. I cannot, and will not sit down while you hold the ring.
Here are my those wins against Warlords that are so drasticly needed. Those lists are always boring, so I'd thought I'd tell you all about each one.
(1) RDI Fish: Agrenish def. Maxim128, 5-0 in 6 rounds 9/22
This one was fun, here I am duelin' and this guy breaks like glass on stone. What can I say? Shuttin' out someone is always fun. Thanks for losing Mugnus! Thing is, this guy went on to get his Baron Ring three days later. But he still lost.
(2) RDI Shade: FINAL Agrenish def. XxLucianxX, 5-2 in 12 rounds. 10/1
This was allright, Lucy dragged it out too long though, he likes defence and didn't fold soon enough to keep me happy through a win. You know something is wrong when you can only get a point every six rounds.
(3) RDI Skall: Final Score Agrenish def. XKangAurak, 5 - 4 in 13 rounds. 10/16
Another dragged out match, this time it was my damn fault, I let him score too often then I had to come back from a 4-2... what? Kanga fell through though and I won.
(4) RDI Poison: Final Score Agrenish def. SirCassius, 5.5 - 4.5 in 13 rounds. 10/17
Most try to scorn me with an ego problem and this guy tells me to have pride. I liked him for half a second before I started duelin' him. Too long, same as the match before.
(5) RDI Gryphn: Final score, Agrenish def. Taylara, 5-4 in 9 rounds. 10/18
Heh, if anyone was there to see it, it was funny the way it ended. You see, Tay needed one more win to keep her Warlord rank. I needed a win. The score was 4-4, I think I had just tied it. We sat there for about twenty minutes figuring out a bet. The bet was that if she won, she would cook me dinner, read me a bedtime story and tuck me into bed. If I won, she was to be my friend. Guess who won? Wrong, it was me.
(6) RDI Skall: Final Score Agrenish def. Marzan, 5 - 2 in 11 rounds. 10/23
Nothin' but a pummilin' here. Took awhile to get past the beginin', but Marzzy cracked. Nothin' much else to this one.
(7) RDI KID: Score Ring 3: XvEvan 4, Agrenish 5 in round 10. 10/24
Fast an vicious. I liked this one. He took the first two points, I nailed in the next three, then he ducked away to take some point, then we hit each other... then I sliced his little leg as he tried to skip away like a little girl in the sunny fields. Put a smile on my face I tell you. RDI's never posted this win but who cares, it still happened.
(8) RDI Vanssa: Final Score! 5 - 2 Agrenish (Shadowsiv) in 8 rounds! 10/25
I had just come off two Shut-outs against little rankers (I couldn't tell Skyler CJ was the same Skyler that held the fifth Baron's Ring), the first was 5-0 in five against Skyler CJ, then the next was against a swordsman and he did better, he lasted an extra round. So I was a bit dissapointed when he took the opening point. A shame, he didn't do too well after that though.
(9) RDI Vanssa: Final Score, Agrenish def. Adonai (Duke UzieI) 4 - 0 Forfeit!! 10/25
Anyone hear of a cold sore? It's a cut on the inside of your lip that doesn't heal. Well, Add On A I here is kinda like that in a bastardish type of way. He's getting kicked around so badly that he forfieted the damn match, took away the possibility of my third compleate shut-out in one night (Or second perfect shut-out) and went on to poeticly accusing the very cute Vanessa of selling a victory to me ("Easy to win when you're paying"... or somethin'
like that) . So I figured this was as good a win as any, since Add On A I is a cold sore loser and I am several gods over him.
(10) RDI Morn: Final Score Agrenish def. XJaycyndaX, 5 - 3 in 10 rounds. 10/12
This final win was nothing special, except for the fact that I won, but even that ain't special since I always win.
(11) RDI Bear: Final Score Agrenish def. Shade 9, 5 - 4 in 11 rounds.
This little extra diddy was one of those stupidity duels. I built up a 4-2 lead and stupidly let it run down even, but even more stupid that that, this boy here Slashed when he wasn't supposed to, at the end when I had no reason to Parry or anything. It was like he was sayin', 'Here, Have A Win!" and I said "Okay!". So this is my list and those few occational stories that made it interesting.FACE="Verdana" LANG="0">

Hmmmmm. I may be new here, but it seems to me that the posting of a forfeit as a peer win is the height of poor taste and bad sportsmanship. If anyone disagrees, fine. It simply seems to me that someone who claims the Baron he challenges is dishonorable should care enough to post honorable wins, not cheap forfeits. Or maybe the challenger isn't honorable either? This might explain the insulting tone of most of the notice as well.
He also made reference to a win the RDIs never posted, then claims it happened anyway. Hmmmm. Makes one think.

Lord Castlerock,
I have to say that such a statement about a Warlord of the DoS is in poor taste. Even if it is true.

Warlord Agrenish Preescott,
I take notice you appreciated my words in my previous challenge to you enough so you have to copy them word for word.
I am contacting an official for our match, but will wait until the peer win confirmation before a date is set. To avoid scheduling discrepancies, send me the times that suit you, your second (should you choose to have one present), and your lady of honor (should you have one present), so I may find a fair time for everyone to show up. To be blunt, if you choose not to send me a time that works for you, you'll have to deal with what I decide.
Too much has gone on in the arena, and I just want the challenges I fight in to be actual duels, and lacking dispute. My terms are simple. I won't ask anyone to step in for me. Moreover, I am not going to dance around waiting for you to send a time that works. We're going to duel for the ring, and not discuss complications like such that have aroused in other cases.
That's all I have to say for now.
Simply,

Did any of you read the little note under the Win? Read it kids, he didn't want to have his butt tanned so he ran away like a chicken ready for a decapitation. I'm useing that win as a Peer WIn in as much good taste as he did lose the match.
Any Questions? I'll be happy to educatate assumptions little boys.

I just don't see why. Had Agrenish been down 4-0, I'd agree that it's questionable(actually, I believe it should be a tie then). But he's up 4-0? Uziel forfeited, it's a loss, and since Uziel is a WL, it's a peer win for Ag. The End.
<<Or maybe the challenger isn't honorable either?>>
Don't make me start a whole debate about what honor is. Please.
<<This might explain the insulting tone of most of the notice as well>>.
No, basically it's just that Ag has never heard of tact. You'll learn more about Ag and the rest of the colorful people that reside in Rhydin as you duel more.

I'd hardly consider a shut-out, one point to go match to be a "cheap forfeit."

:: unable to keep his quill put away, he preps to make his first real enemy.::
Aggy (how cute),
I doubt you would make the worthier Baron. Should you succeed I also doubt you will keep the ring long enough to need it polished, you would be a blazing orange target begging to be taken out. You may duel well, but in the long run you've set yourself up to fail. Probability will see to that, with your attitude pushing the numbers all the way.

Wow, an unknown fact. Please kid, you think I don't know this already? And how are you to know of my true intentions. You think I care what boys like you and the rest of the people on this strap think about me? You think I wouldn't be ready for an onslaught of challenges by more little people? Or mabye that is not my plan, mabye I have something welled up inside waiting to be unleashed like a wizards firestorm and all I need is to utter the magic
word. Oh so quick you are to assume the world around that stop for the quick glance inside you are blind. Or mabye these words strung up together in a giant knot are to distract you from my other true intention.
You don't know nothing yet you speak as if you do. But don't stop talking, it's more amusing than a jester falling off a wheel onto his face and breaking his nose. I might be a big orange target, but at least I ain't red, for who's the true bad guy here, me who will blantently tell you what I think and be truthful all of the time, or your Overlord who changes everything he does as long as it keep you people happy? What you like better, truth or
manipulation? Are you an indivdual or a puppet? Tell me kid, I'm itching to hear your squeals so I might be able to plug my ears and ignore you.
Life is a tragedy to people who feel, and a joke to those who think. Break your own neck figureing out which one you are. Once it's broken, I'll laugh because it's funny.
So, am I still wrong in your eyes? Good, I won't try to change your mind either, it's already lost it's meaning.

:::The Roman places his stylus to the cork:::: Agrenish. This..this is funny. I'm not
gonna criticize you for counting the forfiet as a peer win......you take what you can
get, and sides, while Adonai could have come back, let's be honest folks: Not likely.
But please....show tact? Do that, and then if you win, you will have many supporters,
and respect regardless if you lose.
As it stands...people will just ridicule you if you lose, and aim for you with hostility if
you win. Good luck Var.
