Hear ye, Hear ye...

I, Stormi, did officiate and witness the Overlord Challenge Match this 11th day of December as issued forth by Warlord Daegarth Mithmellon as winner of the recent Warlord Tournament.
The Overlord Dalamar Ar'Daumon of the Oldest House did respond to the challenge wielding Vengeance, the Blade Half in Shadow. Warlord Daegarth of House Phoenix did wield the ever sharp and mystical Phoenix Blade in a well fought duel. The match went as follows:

RD 1: Daegarth fancily disengaged allowing the high cutting Dalamar to strike a crease to his temple for the opening point of the match.
1-0 Dalamar Ar'Daumon in 1 round.

RD 2: Daegarth lowered to a stop hit as Vengeance rounded a fancy circular parry to garner neither opponent a point!
1-0 Dalamar Ar'Daumon in 2 rounds.

RD 3: Daegarth retaliated with a well timed fancy circular parry to deflect Dalamar's thrust low and away.
Tied 1 all in 3 rounds.

RD 4: Dual low cuts sent sparks flying as Vengeance and the Phoenix Blade rang out in a collision of steele center ring.
Tied 1 all in 3 rounds.

RD 5: Daegarth dropped to one knee bracing the Phoenix Blade high, Dalamar swept Vengeance inches higher to again crease the Warlord just above the ear.
2-1 Dalamar in 4 rounds.

RD 6: Daegarth slices high and catches Dalamar upon his ear, but Vengeance finds it's mark to land a cut to the ankles before Daegarth can retreat.
3-2 Dalamar in 6 rounds.

RD 7: With the finesse of finely honed skills, Daegarth turns an exquisite lateral parry as Dalamar fancily disengages to take slow the pace once again.
3-2 Dalamar in 7 rounds.

RD 8: Daegarth lunges forward and buries the Phoenix Blade hilt deep in the exposed mid section of the high cutting Dalamar to tie the match at three.
Tied 3 all in 8 rounds.

RD 9: Daegarth cuts low and into the awaiting fancy circular parry by Dalamar that pins the blade to the sand for the go ahead point.
4-3 Dalamar in 9 rounds.

RD10: In a last ditch effort to tie the score, Daegarth thrust outward only to find Dalamar has fancily stepped aside for the point and win.
5-3 Dalamar in 10 rounds.

Let it be known, Lord Dalamar Ar'Daumon did retain his title as 28th Overlord of DoS.
Well done gentlemen, a duel well fought with honor and integrity.
