How about Baron and down, for "____ of the year" Swordsman and etc.. ya know.. but you can't exactly do Overlord of the year. Sorry Dal. :) For all the ranks, so other ranks have a chance. My opinion.

Only problem with that Jake, is most of the people in those ranks haven't held them all year.

Well, going with Jake's idea, that probably leaves all of two for M@A of the year, being,of course,Ken and Jaem.I'm not sure if either of them have held it the entire year, but they come close.I'd have to go with Jaem, taking the time to captain The Disengaged and all.

Here's a category: "Quickest Rise of the year" for the person who rose through the ranks the quickest.

Galin Taelca

Warlord

first fighter of the House of Oor-Tael

wielder of magicks and arms

Member of the Disengaged

Avery, hands down for that, Galin. Made a baron in five weeks.

Tough category. A lot of people all made Warlord cycle before last, in their first cycle in DoS or their first cycle back. The fastes rise, however, would have to be Avery Shiv Blade. Not only did he make Warlord his first cycle in the DoS, he also won a ring that same cycle.

It took me close to a year and two Warlord tourney's just to get this ring and I still am not the best dueler around. I rely on mostly luck.

My vote for Dueler of the year...that's a tough one. I'll have to think more on it

Ian MacKenzie made warlord in one week. DoS was open four nights (Thursday through Sunday) then.
