Results of the Overlord Challenge

Hear ye Hear Ye...
The Renegade Baron Magnus, holder of the 13th, did hereby issue forth a challenge to Overlord Dalamar ArDaumon which was witnessed by friends and members of DoS this 3rd day of the first month. I, Stormi, did officiate this meeting of swords which took place in the RDI Basement Annex. The Overlord requested intercession and asked Loyal Baron Jeff Oakenshield, holder of the 8th, to Champion him; Renegade Baron Magnus requested
Warlord Huma Dragonbane as his Champion.
Standing as second for Renegade Baron Magnus was his friend, Renegade Baron Cletus Ganderfald, holder of the 5th. He dueled for the Honor of his deceased mother who he feels still watches over him. Dueling under the colors of Polaris, black with a red star in the middle, he wielded two weapons; his hatchet, "Drachen's Hatchet", and his sword, "Dual Blade".
Dal dueled under the silver and black of the Oldest House and wields Vengeance: The Blade Half in Shadow. His second for the match was the Warlord Roland Sal Roa. he dueled for the Honor of his Lady, the beautiful Lady Sidartha Elgarette.
The duels proceeded as follows:
DUEL 1: WL Huma Dragonbane vs. Baron Jeff Oakenshield
Ring of Champions:
RD 1: Huma cuts low and finds a well-timed fancy circular parry by Jeff who pins his blade to the sand for the opening point!
Score: 1-0 Jeff Oakenshield
RD2: Jeff drops to a stop hit as Huma rounds a fancy circular parry, the action taking a slower approach!
Score: 1-0 Jeff Oakenshield
RD 3: Huma cuts high and to the shoulder as Jeff goes low cutting the feet out from under the Warlord!
Score: 2-1 Jeff Oakenshield
RD 4: Huma lunges in and runs head first into the ring post as Jeff fancily steps aside to widen the gap in the score!
Score: 3-1 Jeff Oakenshield
RD 5: Huma's fancy circular parry is too low to deflect the incoming high cut as Jeff closes in on the win!
Score: 4-1 Jeff Oakenshield
RD 6: Jeff rounds a fancy circular parry that Huma slashes through to keep him in the match!
Score: 4-2 Jeff Oakenshield
RD 7: Jeff fancily steps aside as Huma fancily ducks prolonging the duel another round!
Score: 4-2 Jeff Oakenshield
RD 8: Jeff fancily ducks right into the path of Huma's low cutting cattle prod, zapping the Baron at the knee.
Score: 4-3 Jeff Oakenshield
RD 9: Jeff swings high and finds a cattle prod jabbed in his exposed midsection as Huma thrusts for a point and the tie!
Score: Tied 4 all
RD10: Jeff ducks Huma's last fancy...the circular parry whizzing overhead!
Score: 4.5-4 Jeff Oakenshield
RD11: Dual thrusts cause much pain and cause us to go another round!
Score: 5.5-5 Jeff Oakenshield
RD12: Huma slashes out at Jeff, trying to open the Baron from shoulder to thigh; Jeff steps back and raises his battle axe to cut high, whacking Huma upside the head for even thinking about that!
Score: 6.5-5 Jeff Oakenshield def. Huma Dragonbane in 12 rounds
DUEL 2: Renegade Baron Magnus vs. Loyal Baron Oakenshield
Ring of Honor:
RD 1: Dual low cuts test the readiness of both Barons!
Score: 0-0
RD 2: Magnus thrusts under the high cut of Jeff for first blood!
Score: 1-0 Magnus
RD 3: Dual low cuts echo throughout the annex as the blades meet in a flurry of sparks!
Score: 1-0 Magnus
RD 4: Both duelers drop their swords for a fancy dancing break to ease up some of the tension!
Score: 1-0 Magnus
RD 5: Magnus fancily ducks beneath Jeff's high cut leaving him spinning in the ring!
Score: 2-0 Magnus
RD 6: Jeff thrusts over the low cut offered by Magnus to get on the scoreboard!
Score: 2-1 Magnus
RD 7: Magnus thrusts in retaliation as Jeff arcs high with a well placed fancy lateral parry for the block!
Score: Tied 2 all
RD 8: Jeff lunges in again as Magnus gracefully rounds a fancy circular parry to deflect it low and away!
Score: 3-2 Magnus
RD 9: Jeff's fancy circular parry is too low to stop the high cut from Magnus!
Score: 4-2 Magnus
RD10: Jeff cuts low and finds it blocked by a well timed fancy circular parry, gaining Magnus the win and the opportunity to face the Overlord!
Score: 5-2 Baron Magnus def. Baron J Oakenshield, in 10 rounds.
DUEL 3: Renegade Baron Magnus vs. Overlord Dalamar Ar'Daumon
Ring of Integrity:
RD 1: Magnus cuts high and howls when Dal reaches under to thrust for the opening point!
Score: 1-0 Dalamar Ar'Daumon
RD 2: Dal rounds a fancy circular parry that Magnus barely ducks under fancily for position and a full point!
Score: Tied 1 all
RD 3: Magnus cuts low and winces when Dal lunges over with another thrust to the mid section!
Score: 2-1 Dalamar Ar'Daumon
RD 4: Both Dal and Magnus drop their swords and fancily step back to gauge their opponents next advance!
Score: 2-1 Dalamar Ar'Daumon
RD 5: Magnus fancily ducks right into the path of Dal's incoming thrust, Vengeance buried hilt deep!
Score: 3-1 Dalamar Ar'Daumon
RD 6: Dual high cuts advance the duel to the next round, the duelist shaking the stinging from their wrist!
Score: 3-1 Dalamar Ar'Daumon
RD 7: Dal cuts low and into a well timed fancy circular parry as Magnus closes the gap!
Score: 3-2 Dalamar Ar'Daumon
RD 8: Magnus cuts low and Dal high, both suffering nasty blows as they both take to offensive maneuvers!
Score: 4-3 Dalamar Ar'Daumon
RD 9: Magnus reverses his cut, going high at the shoulder of Dal. Dal smiles and leans away from the cut raising Vengeance in a fancy lateral parry to block the cut and retain his title as the 28th Overlord of DoS.
Score: 5-3 Dalamar Ar'Daumon def. Baron Magnus, 5-3 in 9 rounds.
Dalamar Ar'Daumon defends his title as the 28th Overlord of DoS.
