::after witnessing the behavior of a few individuals, and those not being named as they know who they are, Seamus walks to the boards as mad as he has ever been.Thinking about the shortage of qualified callers in the rings, he is inraged by the fact that some persons, would take it upon themselves, to chase one of the finest callers in the Duel of Swords from the arena. Why he asks, on a night that this caller might be enjoying a night of dueling, dancing, or just visiting her fiancee, would she come
and fill in for awhile, only to suffer the harrasment of a these immature wanna be warriors. He knows that they are skilled with the blade, yet they lack in class. He feels they are unworthy of any respect and more than that any title. Feeling he hasn't any true right to say what he feels, being less than a year in the realm, yet compelled by his own code of honor to defend the ones that were victimized by the pair. He had witnessed another, this very afternoon, accept a challenge by a lesser dueler
when no other would answer his challenge. He had seen the man call the duel into the referee and then announce to the opponent, their duel was confirmed. After a short while, a legendary duelist entered the arena, a dueler that had but a night before, agreed to duel the aforementioned, at his earliest opportunity. Without so much as a by your leave, the dueler in question notified the referee, he would not be dueling the original opponent, but the legend. Then he informed the legend they were slated to
duel. Upon hearing this, the former opponent took offense and questioned the mans motives." I see", she had said, "I am alright until someone better comes along?"
With this the man stated he was not aware of any prior duel. Even some of those that are veterans of the rings stated this man had not been himself of late. Fortunately, in his opinion, the legend was a man of honor, and upon hearing the tale, as told by the former opponent, the legend refused a duel at this time. With this all in mind, Seamus planned to write a missive for all to see. Then looking back on his short history in the community, he knew it would fall on deaf ears and so, turned and walked

::chuckles with a wide grin on his face::

Seamus MacDonnaugh, ye should know from my earlier examples that stirring the pot brings out nothing but the sour. Mayhaps if ya mash it then we can have some fun!

She was bored. Alright she had been more than just bored when she went to the Arena that night; low on cash and devoid of activity she wanted some type of action. Knocking the door open with her hip she nearly hit another patron with the heavy oaken door; the room was packed.
All the better for her, she thought, shouldn't have a problem getting herself a duel, even though she was a commoner. Commoner, something she had learned the first night was synonoymus with "will get a duel the twelth of never."
Flicking her cigarette against the wall, the shower of sparks not yet extinguished by the time she caught sight of someone with a sign up for a duel. Calling out across the room, she got the man's attention and he accepted.
She had just requested the ring and gotten her ticket for her place in que when the man canceled on her. Oh, she was annoyed, but she figured that when he said, "A prior engagement", that he meant business; something she was well acquainted with.
That was when she heard it, "We're in line Bishop."
He cancelled on her for another dueler. White-hot rage flowed through her, her anger-mangagement lessons crashed down in moments,"What!? You cancelled on me for another dueler?!"
Trying to regain composure, she dug in her pockets for her cigarettes, yanking her zippo out, happy that it flared to life on the first try, she inhaled on the carcinogenic stick of anger-control substances.
Then he had the temerity to scoff at her, like she was the dishonorable son of a... goat. It was too much, she didn't need this type of crap for a bit of entertainment. Muttering,"I suppose the caliber of the people in the arena isn't what I was led to believe."She turned to leave, stalking up the stairs a voice bringing her to a hovering halt by the top steps.
"Excuse me, but I was unaware that I had interupted something. I can wait until after your match with him. I apologize."
It was a nice gesture, "Thanks for your words, sir, but you're not the one that should be saying them."
With that she left; better to leave than start a scene that would more than likely cause her to be labeled an hysterical psychopath, taking out her aggression on the door as she slammed it shut.

((((( This is a post by ZARADDA. He was unable to post due to technical difficulties.. so I offered to post for him. Please not *I* am not saying this stuff... Rad is. Thank you. )))))

It had been a weary night for Rad, even though it was but an hour into the
duels--his recent condition had been making it difficult to sleep for long
periods of time, and he'd received several injuries from jarring into another
personality..then falling, or moving face first into some object while he
oriented. At any rate, he was there now, and Rad had accepted dueling a
woman..a woman named Chelsea.
All was well and good in the world..at least
until he saw Bishop striding into the Arena. He gripped the table, his
personalities shifting...the second one that had afflicted him surfacing,
lending him the most arrogant of airs--and an entirely new set of memories.
Remembering the prior night, he immediately sent in Bishop and
himself..telling the man their spot in the que. Without warning, the woman
who had accepted his duel revealed herself as an obvious dolt--telling him
they had a duel first.
He regarded the woman, taking but a few seconds to
calmly inform her that he'd not arranged a duel with her, and of his intent
not to challenge one of such belligerent behavior, and of such low wit.
Turning to Bishop--though slightly ired--he caught the tail end of Fandral
stating that he would not interrupt Chelsea and himself. The wench had done
it. She'd lost his chance to duel bishop. This affront shoved him into
another personality, one which was familiar to those running the
boards--Zhan.
He swept out of his chair angrily, his intent to choke Chelsea
all but a reality..until she fled the room. With nothing to vent on, he sank
back into his Zaradda state of mind..finding his opponent, Chelsea,
gone...and himself in the que with Bishop, glancing at the que blackboard.
Following several long conversations with the Bishop and Jonalyn, he realized
he'd need to seek some sort of help...but where? From who? He knew not
either..and continued his ignorance well into the night..
