Overlord Challenge

On this night the Ninetenth day of September, I Mathias DeWinter did preside over a challenge issued by the Warlord Draven Altruis II to our Overlord Dalamar Ar'Daumon. The warlord did come to the ring accompanied by Nova Grey Shadow as his second, and the Lady Colleen MacLeod as his lady of honor. The Overlord Dalamar stepped forward, the Baron G'nort Talanador at his side, and the Baroness Ellisa Morgan gracing him as his lady of honor. As is his right the Overlord Ar'Daumon did issue a Test of
Worthiness to the warlord, and called his lady of honor to step in the ring to face the Warlord Altruis.

The Warlord Draven Altruis II came to the ring with his blade Sagacious thirsty to prove his merit, and he was opposed by the Baroness's simple short sword. The match did proceed as follows through 15 grueling rounds.

Thus by my seal I declare the Ovelord Dalamar Ar'Daumon has retained his title by virtue of his Baroness's victory in a hard fought battle to the end, and the Silver & Black of the oldest house still waves above DoS in honor of the Overlord.

The right of the Overlord to test any challenger may be questioned, certainly, yet it remains thy right as it remains the right of any who wear the mantle. The grand Siera of Redwin carried that burden as has each since her reign. The burden is not light. Thou carriest the burden well.
