Challenge Results of the 11th (WL SaraElijah challenges Baro

~Hear ye Hear ye, good people of DoS~

I was privileged to officiate the Challenge issued forth by the Warlady Sara Elijah Alexander to Baron Gimmzak Stonecutter, this third day of the fifth month for the right to wear the 11th Baronial Ring of the Duel of Swords.
The Warlady Sara Elijah dueled under the colors of gold and white, the white of her blouse accented by the gold of her necklace, the colors of her Mother's family. She dueled with her Father's custom made short swords, with Arane Nausikaa standing at her side as Second. She dueled this evening for the Honor of Lord Artides, Aerenth.
Baron Gimmzak dueled under the banner of the Company of Dragons, the colors shadow gray and midnight blue adorn his corner. His weapon of choice, twin battle-axes, leading the advance wielding OathKeeper. He stood alone in his challenge and asked not for intercession. He dueled for no one's honor, but the honor of a Baron of DoS.
Honored guest, ladies and gentlemen, friends alike took witness to the duel as follows:

RD 1: Sara fancy side steps, tripping over the low cutting battle-ax for the Baron to take a 1-0 lead.

RD 2: Sara fancily ducks as Gimmzak lunges in with OathKeeper, thrusting to extend his lead 2-0.

RD 3: Sara steps back her fancy footwork slipping around the fancy circular parry by Gimmzak to issue her first point of the match. 2-1 Gimmzak

RD 4: Gimmzak bookends the parry turning the edge fancily high to laterally parry Sara's thrusting swords. 3-1 Gimmzak

RD 5: Gimmzak rushes forward, his thrust reaching over Sara's low cut to widen the lead 4-1 Gimmzak.

RD 6: The Baron and the Warlady take a breather as they both duck, though Gimmzak's is a tad fancier. 4-1 Gimmzak

RD 7: Sara stays low, dropping to one knee in a classic stop hit as Gimmzak rounds fancy circular parry around her. 4-1 Gimmzak

RD 8: Gimmzak thrust hoping to end the match, but Sara has other plans, turning a fancy lateral parry that turns the thrust away high.
4-2 Gimmzak

RD 9: Sara lunges in with a reciprocal thrust, only to find the Baron braced in a stop hit to halt the advance and retain his title. 5-2 Gimmzak

Baron Gimmzak Stonecutter defends his title, 5-2 in 9 rounds and retains the 11th Baronial Ring of the Duel of Swords.

The, or a point is not altered by the duel, but by the arguments you present. If, let's say, a stout but small dwarf duels a larger human, and the human wins, would that mean that dwarfs on the smaller side are uncapable of dueling? Nope, the point wouldn't be proven by the duel itself; but that's just my point of view, and in no way a fact, of course.
