Actually... I think Cas has a rubber stamp with all that on it.
One day, he'll go crazy and stamp his signature and titles on everything in sight... then get lynched.
Many people will stand around saying things like "terrible tragedy" and "he just... snapped, I couldn't figure it out."
Then we'll go back to dueling.

I don't meant to contradict you, but I really don't think that Methous could do anything to make himself look like more of a twit. He pretty much topped out on his twitness some time ago. Of course, he has done an awful lot since then. Few people seem to top out for so long.
