The stage is set (Annex)

The Annex is quiet in its splendor as time passes before the events of tonight. It had been decorated last night in anticipation of this joyous occasion. Red and gold streamers twine lazily down the bannisters, and overheard, streamers fade from purple near the door, to red, and finally to gold; much like the dawn. Deep in the back of the Annex; in the
heart of the purple streamers, stars seem to twinkle merrily.

The tables and chairs as well reflect this pattern, the linen covering the tabletops a rich purple, deep crimson, and bright gold. Entwined in the back of each chair are ribbons coordinating with the tablecloths, creating a vine-like design. Matching napkins and crystal goblets cover the tables, the glasses shimmering in the soft torchlight.

In the center of each table, there is a single votive candle, in its crystal holder; nestled in a ring of red, yellow and pale purple camellias, gorse, and linden leaves. As well, there are three candle rings on the bar, one at each end and the last in the middle.

Lastly, at the bannister is a cascading bouquet of purple lilac, a floral waterfall reaching to the floor.
