ladies, gentlemen and those of you who do not fit either, or both, categories,

On the evening of August 6th I was present to watch over the most recent challenge to Taylara.

On an evening that was ripe with intrigue, things got underway with a Test of Worthiness. Taylara selected a stranger unknown to most in the arena. The man spoke very little and was only referred to as the stranger for the entire match.

In a twist, Ellisa Morgan selected the Baron Jesse Troyan as her champion. The baron then officially renounced his title, returning himself to Warlord.

The test of worthiness went by quickly, with Jesse dispatching the stranger by a score of 5-3 after seven rounds. The stranger, apparently unable to survive his wounds, had to be removed from the ring.

The Overlord challenge proceeded with Taylara and Ellisa facing off. The battle went nine rounds, and while the score was relatively close at 5.5-3, the Over Lady controlled throughout. Defending her title once again.
