He echoed that thought over and over the past weeks. Was it weeks or months, he wasn't sure. He had been in Rhydin for some time now, mostly forgeting his past and moving on. It wasn't that hard, his last concious thought of his former life had been of he and some friends trapped in some snow covered world, town, he didn't know, his beard was gone and he had grown...elf ears. It was a curse one old lady told him. He laughed it off, he wasn't
evil...well making Gnort fly the broom just inches from the tree tops, knowing the tiger chi mage guy was hanging from it wasn't evil was it? I mean just because the tiger chi mage guy had clipped a tree and fell to his death..was that evil?

Ah well that aside, it was Ravenloft he later found out. One of his many trips there it seemed. He made it through the mists and landed in Rhydin. Forgeting Rary, the only reminder he had was the mountian that appeared a few months after him being here, his armor and well..Gnort.

So there he was, all quiet and content, retired from dueling, sitting in that vast treasure chamber that Gnort still claimed half of when his whole world changed. Rary showed up. Gim was no match alone for the arch wizard and next thing he knew...poof he was in a glass jar. How long he had lost track of, he was simply powerless untill one day..one day there seemed to be a great battle, the glass was knocked over and well, sure enough Gim started
leaking out.

Now, not being a mage, Gim wasn't sure what was happening, but he did know it wasn't good. Voices, he heard, it sounded oddly familiar. Jaycy? No it couldn't have been. Well to make a long and very intresting sotry short (can't give it away untill we come up with all the details now ::wink::) Through some magical know how, Gim was back in his own body, the spell of the Magic Jar broken.

He was sitting back in his Mountian and the last thing he wanted to do was get back to running a kingdom. He was still king yes, but hell let little Gim run it, he was doin so well as it was. He had passed by the Dueling cork on a few occasions and some of the things he read simply shocked him to the core. It's hard to shock a person that has been Magic Jared, really it is.

Without further thinking he sent a quick note off to Drake, gods willing she was still in charge of standings, and asked for his reinstatement. He noticed a few other names that had retired shortly before he did, and with that he had hoped there was still hope.

So he waited now for his reply, and with a fresh suit of armor, two very old axes strapped to his back he took a stroll down by the cork and hung around anixously.

He was back....and this time he was staying.
