Come away to something better

For quite a long time, Alistar Shiv Blade had been lost. Lost from his home, from his family, and he yearned to be found. In a land unknown to him, he was being taught many constructive ways to fight. He had no idea how long he had been there. There were no clocks, no calendars, no possible ways to track time. The one thing he did know was that time ran much slower there than it did back home. Day after Day he
would train and train until he knew virtually every way, shape, and form of battle. Then, one day, he was found...

Upon his arrival in Rhydin, a smile came to Alistar's face. He had been brought here by his brother, Avery. The whole trip, all Alistar had heard was stories of how nice it was in Rhydin, how great the people were, and how he would have no problem starting a new life.

Truthfully, Alistar did not want to be here. He wanted to go home. Back to his family, back to his friends whom he missed tremendously. He hadn't been home in so long. He spent all that time training, long and hard, for a war he would never fight. But, Avery insisted to accompany him back to this foreign land and at least give it a shot.

So, here he is. "C'mon All-star, I want to show you around," Avery said to him. All-star was a nickname given to him back when he was just a boy. ~ He was now fairly old, but he still had the body and the looks of a man in his late twenties. This was all due to the land where he was trained, where time seemed to slow down terrifically. ~ Alistar took a deep breath and stepped into what was called the "Arena." It was time for a new life in a
new place. This would soon be his home.
