I see not a city council..nor anything that would whatsoever even resemble a "Watch". I believe that this newspaper's writers and editors are the ones that are mistaken. I for one know for a fact that I have never paid taxes..and ave never seen a city council meeting. Have never seen anyone arrested or punished by the "Watch" and I doubt I ever will.
