The Imp wuz there!! And there wuz blood!!! Everywhere!!
Well, not right away, no. First there was the bowing and the saluting and all the fancy schmancy stuff.
Tarl had no Lady of Honor but he had Chris Graziano, the Overlord himself, as his second.
Grayson's second was Max. He dueled under two banners crossed at their staves. The left standard is a blue Cross of St. Andrew upon a white field. Centered is a yellow shield traped in red. Centered on the shield is the Lion Rampant, the sign of Scottish Royalty. Known as the Royal Saltire, this banner signifies Grayson's allegiance to the Scottish Crown. The right standard is a worn, woolen square of the MacLeod tartan. Known as the Fairy Flag, this sacred Banner signifies Grayson's allegiance to the Clan MacLeod and his Chieftain.
The Baron chose the best-of-three format.
The first duel went pretty fast! And here's where it starts to get bloody!! Wheeeee!! It was pretty close up to round 6, but then the Baron took the lead and kept it. He won 5.5-2 in 9 rounds.
The second duel was a bit slower - guess they didn't want to bleed any more, but it was unavoidable!! ::cackles madly:: It was a very close duel. But the Baron quickly scored the last two points for the win!! Final score was 5-3 in 12 rounds.
Tarl remains as Baron of the Eleventh and remains loyal to the Overlord.
