::She penned a note to Rask and left it on his desk with the copy of the tape from the other night and the translation of every word Ria had said about her, it had taken her some time to find someone to translate it.::


Dear Rask,

This is what was said the other night, in front of patrons and while I was trying to work. She also did the same thing to me the night she was working for me. I want something done. I ignored her but my patience are not made of impenitrable steel.

I am writing this in defense and to let the community know that speaking harshly is different from what Ria did the night that she was working and the night that we ended up working somewhat together. I am suing Ria for harrasment, defimation of character and slander. She has openly trashed my reputation, my family's reputation and said things to cause patrons to look at me different. When I am in uniform I try to treat everyone with respect no
matter how I feel personally. Below is a copy of the things that were recorded that were said by Ria about me in front of quite a few patrons the other night.

Eyes somewhat bloodshot tripped along Lisana's community notice, and Bode's lips murmured as he read.

"Suing?" He exploded in hardy laughter while turning away. "That there's a hoot..."

On one of those rare visits to the Outback, and he does go every so often, he reads the posts left up for all to see. Not knowing much about the situation of this brawl which happened, he still had to laugh at teh counter suit being brought forth.

"Defamation of Character? Trashing her reputation? Heh, I seriously doubt anyone else had to say anything to make it any worse than she did with her own actions. Maybe I should find Zen and show him this debacle...Hmm.."

Without posting anything, he laughs, finished for tonight and heading out of the fighting area with a wave to whomever is present.

Seeing the notice by Lisana, the newest Outback official's brows lifted in surprise.

"Counter-suing? For harrassment, defamation of character, and slander? Oh, she is a riot. Give me a break."

Rolling her eyes, she moved away, to answer her own responses to her earlier call for a lawyer.
