Ria smiled a little at the play on words; but she was curious. Indeed, strange things happened when she held the dangerous FireStar, and she wondered if another opal would do something similar. Why Daelin? For the simple reason he had been left alone for a long time, she needed a challenge, and why not go for the Opal most opposite the one she held? With a quiet shrug, she gave in to the idea of finding out if magic just might be real, and sent
