...I am sending out a capture certificate for an experiment known in this town as Cntrayst 17...he is not a human born from a womb...he is a cultured experiment and should be refered to as such....his shapeshifting abilities were not entirely stablized but regardlis of his form..he will continue to have a tattoo on the back of his neck displaing the digits 17 we at the Toned Carbon Foundation fell as if he us unstable and should be refered dirrecty
to us upon his sighting.....if anyone see him....place a message on the Board in the Outback ((here))...leting us know his were abouts and anyother info that could help us capture the excapee....Please remember that he is our property and should be returned to us only..........thank you for your time.....
