ShadoWeaver Challenge Results!
In the late hours of Friday, January Third, I had the honor of watching Angelina press challenge to Jigglypuff for rights to the Black Opal, ShadoWeaver.
The first match was on the Bridge, and in 11 rounds, Angel had taken the first match by a score of 5-3!
They moved quickly to the cross-beams of Styx, and Jiggly showed why she has the Opal, taking that match 5-2 in 11 rounds, and sending this match into the deciding third duel!
The third duel would be in no way easy for either participant. It took place down in the hole (that's the Pit) and, of course (as all third matches do) went to SUDDEN DEATH! Neither one could get that final strike in to give them the Opal. The score went from 4 all to 5 all, and then another round later, we had a winner! Angel landed the last strike to take control of the Black Opal, ShadoWeaver.
Congratulations, Angel, and nice try Jiggly!
