Easy enough...just come on in.
The duels are held every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, from 11pm to 2am, in the Outback. If you need directions to find it, just ask someone.
You can find the regulations on duelling elsewhere in Rhydin, in the Duelling Center. So come on in, and give it a shot.
