um, I am wondering..is any of this argument nescissary? Maybe everyone involved could start using our mail system?Or, ya know, there are the rings...go duel or something. The pen is not mightier than the sword in this land.

Adonai...
Are you done for now? Well, allow me to retort.
Blah blah blah, boo hoo hoo.
I lost a challenge to you before and didn't make a word of the fit you made. So your immaturity glares all the more evident after my handing you an even more convincing defeat than I faced.
So, by all means, challenge, I would prefer facing the challenging blades of a million Val-hell-roo than to be subject to the cry-baby blubbering of one.
-Perri!
who's afraid of the big, not-so-bad Val-hell-roo? not Perri.

Duelers of Swords,
I believe the Overlord Dalamar Ar'Daumon can speak for himself, and I would further beseech others, such as some Loyal Barons, to quit putting words into the Overlord's mouth or speaking for him. The Overlord has shown us when he is interested in making comment of a situation or event so that we know of his mind on matters.
It seems every post I read has some sort of phrase or disclaimer trying to lend credit to what they say because it includes..."Being the Overlord's bestest mostest with the hostest cakes friend, that I know everything he thinks, does, eats, and says like it was my own thoughts." I am not attacking people for being allied or friend to the Overlord, I am letting some know that trying to live off the Overlord's apron strings is getting very old upon
my ears. If you have something to say or do, do it for yourself because it is what you belive in doing or saying, not becuase you think you will score brownie brown nosing points with the Overlord.
M'lord Overlord, this is not an attack upon thee or those who ally with you but rather a statement that it seems some allied with you can not stand on thier own two feet without you to back them up by simply being thier friend the Overlord.
And as a matter of thought to why the greats are mostly gone, besides the exception of death claiming some, it is becuase they do not like what the Arena has become. Many have told me that I still see about RhyDin or othe worlds nearby((On AOL)), that the DoS has become basically a playground nursery of fools who don't understand the simple love of the sport. While I share some or part of this opnion some days, I however will remain a patron of
the duels. Perhaps not every day of every weekend or miss a cycle or two, but I shall remain as always....
....a dueler of swords.
Honor to thyself, Respect to others,

Dalamar,
I look forward to meeting you in the Annex on Tuesday, July 7th at 10 PM by the Eastern Clock. I approve of Alais as I have always believed her to be an official of the highest caliber. My colors are the standards I inherited, a golden dragon on a field of red, as well as the black and white symbol of the Aes Sedai. I duel as always with the gift given to me, my blade Laman's Pride. Standing with me as Second will be my good friend, Daegarth.
My Lady of Honor will be the striking Soarell.
Luck in our meeting,
simply,
~Rand

Patrons and the Adolescent General,
I hast made mine point in this avenue...and shalt not raise it again. Tis verily obvious to those with eyes unto themselves that which hast happened here, anst even the loyal of the court hath seen and admitted such unto me. So with this...my point hast been made, mine apologies for interrupting.
General,
Thou hast, indoubitablly a righteous impression of a ten year old human child, mayhaps thou mayest amuse us at your next convienence with thy japes........RhyDin hast long been without a court fool. I believe thou hast filled the billet most fulsomely.
I am,

Adonai Uziel . . .
From what I gather in your two most recent writings, you say that Perrinis' attitude is unbecoming of a Baron. You say that he insults you, and of course no Baron should sink so low as to throw insults out on these boards.
Please feel free to correct me here if I was wrong in interpreting your words. But for now I'll continue upon the statements above.
Then, you go on to say he acts like an adolescent child. Even compare him to a ten-year-old, if I'm not mistaken. You also say he would make a great court jester.
Tell me, is that becoming conduct of a Baron or someone who would challenge for that rank?
After all, no matter what speech you use or how inventive you dress-up your own insults, they are still insults.
-Rix
Titles? We don't need no stinkin' titles.

Uz, Perri, Rix, whoever,
Come on guys, just drop it already. If you guys want to continue to belittle each other, do it in the rings.

::the note is set near the board, penned in a quiet hand::
Finely fought, my lords Dalamar and 'alTan...
Would only that the moon had favored me to see it.
