Percy,

If I ever said DoS was outright war, please show me proof as I highly doubt I have. However, I might very well have stood against ya in another argument which brought up a point of DoS being just fun and games. While DoS is not war, and a sport/game, I might have contested somethin' else ya were saying. Who knows, no sense creatin' an argument where none is needed anyhow.

After reading the post from the new Overweenie and the dozens and dozens of his fans, the William steps back and stifles a chuckle with a large hand.

"The moron posts his damn acceptance letter and already manages to piss off half of the respondents. If there's a God, he's lose his first match and spend time where he belongs, at home changing diapers with his new bastard rugrat".

After speaking to the empty room, Billy decides to go down to Jake Thrash's place and get a few kegs of Orctober-Fest Ale for the Dead Nicholas Tap room.

Ellisa,

My apologies, your win against Draven slipped my mind.

To Any Concerned,

I would like it to be known that I wish Avery all the best in his new title, and that I sincerely believe that his ascension may bring positive change to the sport. Having seen his actions upon the Baron's Council, I am of the opinion that he has the potential to be a true leader, despite his younger age. I have already spoken with the Overlord and conveyed these feelings to him.

I also informed him that I will once again declare myself Renegade. Our discussion was a fruitful one, and I believe the Overlord understands that I do not feel a declaration of Renegade is by definition a declaration of opposition. Indeed, my alignments are chosen with much care and thought.

With Respect,
~ Simini

Me:
"The question is not whether he uses the test, but on whom he uses it on."

Sartan:
"When Dalamar tested Baronial challengers, he asked the Baron if they wanted
him to test the challenger, and then they'd say yes or no. He did not test a challenger when the Baron did not want him to."

Sartan,

To be rather blunt, your comment is meaningless, or at best a non-sequitur. Even if I did not previously know (or at least hope) what you said was true, Dalamar's actions (and my stance with regards to them) do not change my stance on Avery. The fact that they are exactly the same should hopefully be no surprise.

I repeat, it does not matter whether the Overlord uses the test, it matters on whom it is used. Regardless of Overlord, regardless of Baron.

-Walker

Post scriptum: Despite the lack of qualifying phrases to reinforce it, the above was an opinion. Qualifying phrases make your words sound weak, and it should be fairly obvious anyway, since not everyone else thinks in the same way as I have just outlined my thoughts.

Walker,

My comment was meant to clarify a point about Dalamar's actual usage of the test. Your opinion on when the test should be used is as valid as any other, but my statement was by no means meant to dissuade you from your opinion. It was simply meant to clarify what might have been something vague about Dal's reign. He tested only when the Baron he was testing for approved.
