The end o' love

::a slight shadow moves out of the tree towards the grave. Morte's spirit stands looking down...her heart light, the darkness finally gone from her soul. Her spirit takes note of the flowers lying on the grass under the tree...her heart fills with the love of her friends. Morte moves away from the tree and realizes that the home that Adonai and she had is gone, returned to forest and roses. She wanders the meadow....finally settling in the trees which once were her home. She stays there, in the roses,
for a long time....until she sees Adonai walking to the tree. She moves closer and hears his words. She heart cries out to him, but she know that he can never hear her call. She calls a raven from the forest and speak to it's spirit. The raven watches Adonai sitting beneath the tree. As he stands to leave, Morte gestures towards Adonai. As he walks sadly away, the raven follows...landing on his shoulder. Morte sees him look at the raven curiously and she smiles to herself. Adonai continues out of the
vale, Morte's raven and her heart following.
