Ladies and Gentlemen of the Outback,

Ten days have passed, and the Outback Exchange has seen a tripling in trading volume. Let me express my genuine amazement at such rapid growth in interest, trading, and capitalization.

Many of you have opened accounts which it is my pleasure to service. A great many of you have not yet "taken the plunge" -- but it is by no means too late to participate in this incredibly lucrative market!

The following listing describes the seventeen issues open for public trading on the Outback, along with their valuations and most recent analyses. Please note, the "Top Winner" and "Bottom Loser" shall be highlited in green and red, respectively.

Jesse Troyan (TROY): A small battle between the bulls and the bears was waged over shares of TROY early in the week. One faction believes that the Diamond has the potential to outperform every other listing over the short- and long-term; the other faction is convinced that TROY is a flash in the pan ready to fade away, and shorted TROY's shares so vigorously that, at the close, TROY was actually down for the week. A surprising development,
considering that TROY is the most widely owned stock.

Market Price: $14.75 per share.

Tareth Thorn (THRN): THRN rose steadily throughout the week on even, stable volume. The Blue Chip bet continues to float higher, with nary a short in sight.

Market Price: $13.50 per share.

Anubis Karos (NUBI): An exhaustive challenge left NUBI victorious, and investors hungry for shares in the successful defender. Trading volume quadrupled after the challenge, indicating a stronger appetite for performance-under-duress than was previously expected of Outback investors.

Market Price: $12.50 per share.

Dae Dragonsblade (DRGN): The DRGN slept with one eye open this week, rising gently despite erratic trading to end the week higher. It was surprising to note that a single transaction accounted for 47.5% of DRGN's weekly trading volume -- a certain
sign of accumulation by "smart money."

Market Price: $12.25 per share.

Alexandria Wells (DRAW): DRAW has gotten off to a very, very rough start. After dropping in light trading the previous week, DRAW lost her Opal challenge, along with every remaining shred of investor confidence that the issue had to begin with. Trading was halted with DRAW halved from last week's close... Simply brutal. This was, needless to say, the bottom loser.

Market Price: $4.00 per share.

Dustin (DUST): Gold DUST is beginning to look more and more like diamond DUST: after an extraordinary debut neck-in-neck with THRN, DUST has surpassed the blue chip milestone on the wings of an outstanding Opal defense and solid regular dueling win production. DUST is the second-strongest winner of the week based on trading volume and extremely positive investor sentiment.

Market Price: $14.50 per share.

Antonio Scarpia (SCAR): Is SCAR undergoing cosmetic surgery somewhere after his unmitigated thrashing at the DQ? No sign of SCAR, no duels, no win production... And investors have begun to sell. Had DRAW not been smashed to flinders this week, SCAR might have been penned in red...

Market Price: $7.50 per share.

Avery Shiv Blade (SHIV): All quiet on the Shiv Blade front -- they may be popping out babies like mad, but duel production seems to have ground to a near-standstill. Despite the extremely high hopes pinned on SHIV early on, investors are beginning to abandon

Market Price: $13.00 per share.

Bane (BANE): "Few surprises, fewer expectations." was last week's watchword... Nothing seems to have changed since those words were printed, and the stock price remains the same. Unusual.

Market Price: $8.00 per share.

Bode (HICK): The HICK is up over 10% this week on surprisingly positive trading volume -- there is no documented reason for this as yet, but the outcome is clear. HICK is on the rise.

Market Price: $7.75 per share.

Matthew Simon (GOLD): GOLD is up in moderate trading, fed by the continuing exodus out of DRAW, RUNT and SCAR into this perennial blue chip. Some have postulated that GOLD will see a dramatic movement as we enter the fourth quarter, citing previous performance in 1999, 1998 and 1997 as examples of cyclical strength in the issue. As always, only time will tell...

Market Price: $14.25 per share.

Janella Vallonia (BTCH): Like sandcastles before a pounding surf, opponents have crumbled before her and her share value has continue to appreciate. Still the most expensive stock on the Outback Exchange, BTCH is dealing out the damage and bringing wins home for her investors. Trading volume increased dramatically, demonstrating that investors are still willing to double-up on winning shares.

Market Price: $17.25 per share.

Jake Thrash (GRNT): GRNT goes Crushbone, moving up a solid 5% on increasingly heavy volume. There seems to be a fair amount of churning in the shares of GRNT, leading one to believe that some parties are shorting the stock to depress its value despite the increasing buy-side momentum. A short squeeze in the making, perhaps?

Market Price: $10.50 per share.

Jaycy Ashleana (RUNT): The RUNT is still dropping, which is surprising considering the beating she took last week. Whether these are additional short sellers, or the abandonment of her remaining investors. Not a good thing.

Market Price: $6.50 per share.

Maetel (TIGR): The TIGR has reversed course, slowly but surely retracing the upward momentum of her IPO. Volume has been light... Nothing interesting to report.

Market Price: $9.50 per share.

Beck Weller (WILD): An incredible initial public offering! Beck smashed his way through initial resistance to finish at $14.25, up $5.25 per share. That's a first-day trading gain of 58%, a new Outback Exchange record, and a very solid new listing! Many participants marveled at the seemingly inexhaustible rage that seems to power WILD at, into and through the competition... Even so, investors were
attracted to this offering in droves, paying a high premium to secure their place in financial history.

Initial Public Offering Price: $14.25 per share.

Melissa Appleton (RICH): A slow start to a rather auspiciously named issue, the RICH IPO sent only mild ripples across the public market, finishing modestly.

Initial Public Offering Price: $7.75 per share.

Jigglypuff (CUTE): A very strange listing made possible by the erudite financial-page-readers at your Library, CUTE shares were depressed on news of CUTE's decisive defeat at the hands of DUST. However, the issue traded evenly higher after the initial dejection was priced in.

Initial Public Offering Price: $10.50 per share.

All records and due diligence information may be obtained from my office, and of course I stand ready to serve every patron of the Outback at their leisure.

Yours in service,
