"Owwww!"

The fairy cursed and swore as she burned her finger against the hot over. She pulled her hands back from the pie she had set in there, still speaking in such a rude manner.

There was a knock at the door. Lily skipped over to it and opened it wide to see a bellboy staring at her.

"Y'alright, ma'am?" he asked her.

"Yes, sorry. I burned my finger," she raised the finger in proof of her accident, "See?"

He nodded and turned around. Lily then closed the door and returned to the kitchen. She practically lived there now, for some odd reason.

Agrenish was going to be coming back in a few days and the fairy anticipated it greatly. Yet, fear was held deep within her veins. The baron didn't know of her pregnancy. He did not know of the horrible incident that resulted in the pregnancy. He didn't know anything. She didn't tell him anything. More over, he wouldn't let her.

A spark of anger set the linen linings of her heart aflame. Agrenish was arrogant. Agrenish was ignorant. Agrenish could easily be compared to an ass. But, it seemed that Agrenish cared about her, or did it seem that way? She couldn't tell anymore. Not until now, where she realized that he didn't.

She removed herself from the kitchen and placed her small form into a chair. The fairy wiped her hands upon the apron that was tied about her waist. This baby had gotten her thinking. Dueling wasn't as fun as it used to be. Nothing was. In fact, her misery was enhanced with every little thing she did or thought about. Was it the baby or was it the place?

Her eyes roamed around the room as she thought. She had one mroe week to decide whether to keep or discard the fetus within her womb. One week, that was all.

A heavy sigh and a cup of tea later, she started to make important decisions. Decisions that would change her life forever.
