In order to better serve you, I will be turning the job of the standings over
to RDI Arthur. Arthur graciously volunteered his time to do this for us and I
know he is very excited about serving the DoF in this way. Please be kind to him as
he tries to work through the incredible mess that I have left him.
All reinstatement requests, errors in standings, name changes will go to
Arthur. All information regarding *challenge* matches will come to *me*. So
emeralds please be sure that it is me you contact for these type of matches.
