And with the final swing the thinbladed longsword continued through the air and speared the wall, quivering flimsily in its wooden sheath. Seraph disappeared as quick as the blade imbedded itself; as quick as those in its path vacated. Through the years many have tried to remove it, though to no avail; it remains as permanent a fixture as the ward.

And some say that--even to this day--you can see blade still quivering if you look close enough..
