Lord Guillermus Iulius Fortis,

The review board has met and heard your defense of the charges made against you.
Your remorse has been noted, as has your past behavior within all three forums.
Your public apology in the duel of swords has also been factored in to the actions we propose.

For behavior unacceptble to all three forums, you will be denied a place in the rings of Duels of Swords, Magic and Fists for the period beginning this 9th day of May and will continue until the first day of July, 2001.
Your presence will be allowed and welcomed, but you are not to be afforded a duel for that period of time.
Furthermore, for the disruption of the Warlord Tournament and following and false accusations about an official of the sport, You shall be reduced to the rank of Grand Master when you are allowed once more to duel. All peer wins accumulated at this time will be zeroed out as well.

We believe this a fair and just penalty for the actions you took, but do as well believe you have learned a great deal in the time since those actions occured.
When you are once again allowed to step into a ring, no malice will be afforded you should said behaviors remain a thing of the past.

You are more than welcome to continue RP here but until the 1st of July. We ask that you do not bring another character into duel as this penalty applies to the player as well as Guill I F
Below are the list of infractions the Three Forum Review Board brought before you and for which theses IC / OOC penalties are being levied.


1. The attempt to cheat and resulting IC and OOC problems with the Duel of Magic and the CLs there on duty and off, including the various
message board posts and the log posted by you.

2. The cheating incident in DoF, to which you already admitted your involvement.

3. The IC and OOC accusations of Stormi cheating, which,
though found false, have continued to be made.
As well as the large disturbance caused as a result of this during the Warlord's Tournament, and resulting problems stemming from both.
