A Matter of Some Importance

Sirs and Ladies of the Arena,

Let it be known this day that I, Sir Manni Cohai, have pressed challenge upon Baron Ramsus Tidewater. The right is mine by virtue of defeated honorable peers, as is put forth in the Writ of Challenge, verified by the esteemed Sir Sigurd.

Let it also be known that I bear the Baron no ill will. 'Tis the progression of title I seek as matter of improving mine own skill. To date, the Baron and I have crossed blades thrice, each time resulting in my defeat. 'Twould be a mark indeed should I surpass my previous performances.

So let it be by the graces of our own Gods,

Sir Manni Cohai

To the honored community of the Arena,

This match will take place tonight (Sunday) at 10 bells (10 EST), Sir Nycholas DeGyrlington presiding. The Baron has opted for a single duel format.

May the gods grant victory to the deserving.

Sir Manni Cohai
