Challenge to the Third

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Duel of Swords

It was with great honor, upon the evening of Tuesday the 25th, I was asked to witness the challenge issued by Warlord Ticallion Carter unto Baron Unagi Miyamoto for the honor to wear the Third Baronial Ring.

Unagi dueled under a banner with a white cherry blossom on top of a field of sky blue. He referred to his Lady of Honor as the exquisite Nyan nyan, and the Sloth Shaman stood as his second. He dueled with his Tanto, Shirasaya, and his manriki-gusari.

Ticallion dueled under the gray and blue banner of the Wrecking Crew. Kaja Adair stood as his Lady of Honor, and Chris Graziano stood as his second.

The match was fought in a best of three format, but only needed two duels to determine the winner. Ticallion controlled the duels from beginning to end, with Unagi only having the lead for one round out of the 16 rounds fought.

The first match was won 5-2 in 7 rounds. The second was won 5-3 in 9 rounds.

The new Baron of the Third declared himself loyal to Overlord Goon.
