Fer those who weren't there, y'all missed a helluva show. . .aside from tha two no-shows an' tha two last-minute dropouts(names withheld for personal reasons), Ah's rather pleased wit mah firs' Warlords Tourney. An' thanks ta Cory, we got it all done in one fraggin' night ta boot. Here's how it all went down . . .

First round:

We had Cletus vs. Jaycy, Max vs. Daryl, Del vs. Leo, Cass vs. Horatio, Face vs. Querylon, an' Karen sittin' out tha first round. Uzi came in just a bit late, so he sat out too. Tha action wuz like salsa, comin' in Hot, Medium, an' Mild, dependin' onna ring. . .Jaycy had a quick early lead, but Cletus came right back ta tie it up. Couple'a trade-off's later, an' Jaycy takes tha firs' win'a tha night. Daryl an' Max were all tied up fer tha first few rounds, but Max quickly came back ta make it all good an' get tha second win. Del an' Leo's fight wuz tha quickest one'a tha firs' round, only lastin' six, wit Leo dominatin' it an' gettin' tha third win. Cass an' Horatio took tha longest time an' had a real nail-biter goin', but Cass took it inna end. Face an' Querylon's fight took some time gettin' started, but after a tradeoff, Query came back from behind ta take tha fifth win'a tha night!

Second Round:

Karen vs. Adonai, Leo vs. Querylon, Face vs. Daryl, Cass vs. Max, Jaycy vs. Del, an' Cletus vs. Horatio.

We had an extra duel due ta a late arrival inna form'a Uzi, who aside from a scoreless stretch, pretty much dominated in his second Round victory. Ditto fer Querylon, who seemed ta smack Leo around like a rag doll. Face an' Daryl took a bit ta get goin, but tha mighty Wookie did some mighty whuppin' fer a bit, then seemed ta slack off an' let Daryl catch up. . .almost. Ever see a dancin' Wookie win a match? Then ya should'a been there, cuz thaht's what happened. Cass an' Max just seemed ta like givin' each other points until Max finally got tha clincher. Del came up an' handed Jaycy her firs' loss on tha night, but Horatio opened up a six-pack on Cletus. Daryl and Cletus were tha firs' two ta be eliminated. Sorry, chummers.

Third Round:

Max vs. Querylon, Del vs. Face, Karen vs. Jaycy, Cass vs. Adonai, Leo vs. Horatio.

We had a good couple'a high scorers here, as both tha Max/Querylon an' tha Del/Face matchups went beyond five points per duelist! But Max an' Face both got tha winnin' totals after some hellacious fightin'. Karen seemed ta be havin' some difficulties by this point, an' it showed when Jaycy took her outta tha tourney by trompin' her a good'n. After a tradeoff start, Cass proceedeth to layeth the smacketh down on Adonai, trouncin' him in 6 rounds. But Horatio really laid it ta Leo. . . After they kept on givin' points ta each other, Leo found himself onna wrong end of a really big driver!!!((fdk/lc)) Deluthan, Karen, an' Leo were eliminated in this round.

Fourth Round:

Adonai vs. Face, Cass vs. Jaycy, Querylon vs. Horatio, Max Bye.

After givin' up tha first point, Uzi proceeded to give tha mighty Wookie a mighty haircut, garnering a whoppin' five unanswered points inna row! And, in tha surprise matchup of tha night(bet they didn't see that one coming. . .but that's the way it came out. . .), Cass faced off against one'a tha few people he actually gives two. . . n'v'rm'nd. . .Anywho, apparently tha heart got inna way this time, as she led tha fight rather cleanly after an opening oopsie. and Querylon laid down much pain, smackin' tha pea-squat outta Horatio! Face, Cass, an' Horatio were eliminated this round.

Fifth Round Semi-finals.

Jaycy vs. Max, Adonai vs. Querylon.

We's gettin' down to it at this point, as Jaycy finally hands Max his first strike'a tha night! Meanwhile, it seemed like Querylon had things all wrapped up, but Ah had a computer glitch, an' it ended a bit quicker than normal-like. Wit Query winnin'. Endin' wit a trade. Ah need a diagnostic. . . Adonai was the only elimination this round.

Sixth Round Semi-Finals

Jaycy vs. Querylon, Max Bye.

After a bit of a breather. . .an' a virus check. . .tha action began anew! Jaycy. ..got her keister kicked! Yeowch!

Seventh Round Finals.

Max vs. Querylon.

Gotta keep this short, cuz Ah'm runnin' outta time! Tha sweat wuz pourin' offa these two, time after time, tie after tie, but Max finally takes it wit tha defense! Max Wins tha Tourney!
