I was happy to be the official for the Challenge of the 8th Ring that took place in the Annex. Topaz challenged Cletus for it .Topaz' son, Tormay was her second and she dueled under her own colors of light blue, black rapier and silver raven. Cletus' second was his son Zen, and Lady Arane was his Lady of Honor. He dueled under the flag of Polaris.
It was decided that it would be a Best of One match and here's the play by play:

Upon reading this, G found his curiousity piqued. He'd been under the impression that Topaz was somewhat a good friend of Xeno. And it's widely known that Xeno is not fond of Shakira. So, for her to pledge loyalty to the Overlord meant one of two things.
Either she was attempting to bait Shakira.. or..
She had a really, really good deal. He definitely had to take a look at this to make sure he was getting as good a deal for his loyalty as was deserved.
