Angry Poems...put 'em here...

Get your knife out of my back
And look me in the eye
Can you spit on my face?
You wear the look of disgrace
It's even worse than you know
STILL REFUSE TO CHANGE
All I have to offer: pity and loathing
Melt you down
Make you go away

My anger I sedate
Force it down
Crush my hate
I feel I've lost
All my faith
Liquify, Purify
Battle it
Until I die.

Do the math,

Ken

The troll tilts his head curiously at the post of poems, then grunts and stalks off.
A few random passers-by can hear being mumbled lowly the rest of the day...

Skulls to bash.
Arms to mash.
Legs to slash.
Guts to gash.
Teeth to gnash.
Backs to lash.
Blades to flash.
uhh...
More skulls to bash.
Bones to clash.
Dreams to dash.
Barons to smash.
uhh...
Skull. Bash.

::gives a little jaunt to his step when no-one's looking, thinking himself quite poetic for a troll before storming into a bar and devouring several lunch specials::

Well this isn't an angry poem but it is the only one I know...

In days of old,
When men were bold,
And toilets weren't invented,
Men laid their load,
Beside the road,
And went away contented!

I am such a poet!

::Tacks up a small note::

Here is what I say whenever I get peeved:

Here I sit broken-hearted....
I came to poop, but only farted....

rage

somewhere in africa
cameroon i think
or was it nigeria
lagos?

a lake
a source of water
of life in the desert
erupted

i remember
the news reports
something about dissolved
gases at the bottom of
the lake
like soda water

except god shook up the lake
and it turned inside out
and the gases
killed everyone
in the villages

if you were to pass me
on the street
could you see
beneath the surface
of the lake
to the pent up
deadly rage
within

inside the turtle shell
a part of me erupts
leaving a muddy
asphyxiating crater
in my soul

brutal words

brutal words
barbed hooks to
snag and drag
anger up from the depths
of my soul

why do the lips that
so soft caress
also speak
such bitter vicious acid

the mirror bursts beneath
my hand

a thousand jagged
glittering images watch
as red slides slowly down my hand
to drip upon the counterpane

in mockery of the wedding bed
no pleasure here amid the pain
i sleep in broken glass
at night

::flips through the posts:: ::tacks up a small note::

There in a timeless land, a long time ago
A warrior stood with sword held high.
To war he would go.
And the sons and the daughters praised him so
Much pride they did show.
And bid farewell to their soldier sons,
God speed ye home.

Over land and over sea
Over my head, over my destiny.

Traveling alone you come across a stranger
Indeed he is strange
You start talking
Toss aside your troubles and start walking
Here is your life....transparent glass
Its all so clear, pierce the shadows
At a crossroads of life and death
You turn to me with doubt in your head

And then you close your eyes
I'll take you to...take you to where you refused to be
Find the answers to all your questions
Embrace life and find new meaning.

Life enslaved
Blind devotion
To the mass with no morals
Strike those who try
To open your eyes
To clean your head
You must erase the lies
Return to the old ways
Blinded by friendship
Know you must eradicate
This plague that consumes your mind

Your just the only one that mad Ken...but I got a good one...not to angry though...but better than my last one...

There was a king reigned in the east:
There, when kings will sit to feast,
They get their fill before they think
with poisoned meat and poisoned drink.
He gathered all that springs to birth
From the many-venomed earth;
First a little, thence to more,
He sampled all her killing store;
And easy, smiling, seasoned sound,
Sate the king with healths went round.
They put arsenic in his meat
And stared aghast to watch him eat;
They poured strychnine in his cup
And shook to see him drink it up;
They shook, they stared as white's their shirt:
Them it was their poison hurt.
-I tell the tale that I heard told.
Mithridates, he died old.

By the great poet A.E.Housman

In my tradition of naming weapons after great kings, I named my staff after Mithridates...in case anyone gives a hoot.

Tremble you weaklings, cower in fear
I am your ruler, land, sea and air
Immense in my girth, erect I stand tall
I am a nuclear murderer, I am Polaris
Ready to pounce at the touch of a button
My system locked in on military gluttons
I rule land, sea and air
Pass judgment on humanity
Winds blow from the bowels of hell
Will we give warning, only time will tell
Satan rears his ugly head, to spit into the wind
I spread disease like a dog
Discharge my payload a mile high
Rotten egg air of death wrestles your nostrils
Launch the Polaris, the end doesn't scare us
When will this cease
The warheads will all rust in peace
Bomb shelters filled to the brim
Survival such a silly whim
World leaders sell missiles cheap
Your stomach turns, your flesh creeps

High priest of holocaust, fire from the sea
Nuclear winter spreading disease
All pay the price
The third world war
Rapes peace, takes life
Back to the start, talk of the part
When the Earth was cold as ice
Total dismay as the sun passed away
And the days where black as night

Eradication of Earth's population, Polaris

Mud lies thick on the path,
Save us all, from the rain,
Icy streaks of moonlight atwix the velvet night
Save us all, from the pain,
Death casts, its eerie call,
Save us all, from the slain,
Upon those, who do not heed,
Save us all, from the maimed,
The warning of, the peaceful breed,
Save us all, outside forces, have no need,
"Do not step, to that path,"
Save us all, to work against us,
"It is for those, who want to cry,"
Save us all, for we don't shed a tear, for Brothers dead,
"And watch their fellow man, for no reason die,"
Save us all, heed the call
"So please, save yourselves,"
Save us all, war is for those who like the clay
"Take the lighted path, it does not end here,"
Save us all, go forward with your life,
"And please, do not fight." -Jozzi A.D. 1998(That's me)
