According to the History of the Rings, Baron AJay is 9-0 in Ring defenses in his 21 month tenure. Why are people complaining about Overlord Dalamar's great success in defending his crown, but no one ever brings up AJay and his record?
Granted, there's a difference between a Baronial ring and the Overlord, but it's still something worth noting.

I believe this is due to a number of factors:
1) There is more than one Baron. If someone wants to be a Baron, they have 12 other choices. That is not the case with the Overlord.
2) The Overlord is rumored to (I hesitate to use accused of) get "Loyal" Warlords to challenge Renegade Barons. Therefore, this has caused many people to turn against him, and these people are looking for ways to undermine further support he may receive.
3) AJ has only been interceded for twice, one of which failed. The other has been by the great intercessor that we live with now.
I'm sorry if this is biased against Dal, but at least I'm admitting it.

I for one never complain about Baron WarBirds extended reign as a Baron do to the fact that he has always had a fair and even hand....with all. He does not play the game of hatred that has become so popular here in the Arena....and once he is your friend...he never stops because he doesn't agree with your actions. A requirement of true friendship I think....and a thing fairly much forgotten around here.
And I wouldn't worry about it too much Walker. Biased or not it would only be ignored or patronized by the current Loyal community. Thats the great thing about blinders....you never see what your not supposed to.

Drakewyn, your "public record" post is misleading. Most of those dates are nearly a month (24-28 days/3-4 weeks) away! Why do you want it to appear as if a Baron has held a ring longer than they really have? What you did was skew information.
Using a days-per-month proportion and using the shortest time period with the farthest date from the real anniversary ("Two months on the 25th of October"), 35 days (just over one month's time) should not be rounded up to 60 days (approximately 2 month's timePTSIZE=10>) but rounded down to 30 (approximately one month's time) or kept as is for accuracy (or as you say, "public record") purposes. 35 days is closer to 30 days than it is to 60 days. In other terms, but same ratio, 1.17 months (35:30 ratio [35 days actually served, approx. 30 days in a month]) is not closer to 2.00 months, rather, it is considerably closer to
1.00 months.
When posting for "public record," please be accurate and round up or down to the closest month, not the next one coming up (unless, of course, it's the closest month).
As written on the 28th day of September, all of the following information is misleading.

In no way did I mean that Loyals were turning their back. Not at all. Anyone who was truly (and therefore, nearly blindly) Loyal, did not. Those like Avery, and perhaps even Evan, whose Loyalty has been shown to not been of the quality of others, did.
