I petition the council to now take the matter of my challenge match into their hands.

For the record,

Upon my initial challenge I sent a messenger to the residence of Baron Zen as listed on the Dueling records and to Goldens office. This occurred at shortly after noon on the 19th of this past month. The messenger confirmed that the Coordinator and then current standings keeper did read my message within two hours. Their was no answer at Baron Zens residence. I have had a messenger check each day to see if the Baron has removed the notice placed at
the door and to this time he has not.

Golden Evermeadow, then confirmed and approved the said challenge on the 23rd of the month in the evening about 3 hours before the witching hour. My messenger did also notice the copy of Goldens approval also left posted and unremoved from the door even now.

Simply put, Zen has failed to respond within the allotted time, I could wait and allow him more time, or yet send more messengers, but I see no point when he has failed to return to his residence for over 10 days. Furthermore, if memory serves me correctly he was in absentia during the last whole sitting of the Barons council, he has shown a history of failure to respond in timely matters, evading the RhyDin authorities in the past by frequent
address changes.

I quote from the histories of the Barons regarding this man

"Complications arose when they failed to set a date for the challenge and when one seemed to be set, neither showed. After Zen again failed to respond to challenge, the first-ever Barons Council was convened to settle the matter. The council elected to strip Zen of the ring"

I ask the council to act in a timely matter over this issue and that I may be privy to the discussion as the matter does impact on me, in all fairness I also feel that the Baron be also provided a transcript should he later return to his home and thus know what had transpired.
