D'oh!!!

I don't know who to root for! A baron or one of me favorite yuks! Hmm.......

Oh what the heck! Duel well the both of ye! I'll be happy to see either of you emerge with the ring, especially since *FOR ONCE* I am seeing a man challanging because he wants to be a Baron of the Duels, and have fun... sure... there's a TOUCH of politics stuck in there, but not enough to ruin it! Go Jake! Go Sartan!

Let's clear the record right here and now. I want to get this off my chest.

Var,
I am not starting any angry verbosity as you so stated. I made a comment based on what I read. I didn't intend to start a verbal war between Jake and Jeff...I don't and I won't. I appologized for the comment as it was rather foolish. Now, if you have anything else to say directly to me..then say it to me privately. I won't start a war of words with you here. Period.

Even though he has had fights in the past with Sartan ... to the extent of taking his ring, he simply puts down ...

Jake, Sartan,

Just have an honored match.

Noelle,

Since I can't recall having ever spoken to you, due to the fact that I simply don't care what you think, you'll pardon me if I'm not offended by your thoughts on a man you obviously know so well.

On a side note, the only person who would have any right to refer to me as a "little whelp," as you so eloquently put it, would be the only person holding a rank higher than the one that I have earned with my blade, that person being Dalamar, certainly not a skilless wretch like yourself, whose only claim to fame is being the wife of a duelist who, by some queer twist of fate, became a Baron.

If you have anything further to say on the matter, please address it to my blade.

Sartan..

Careful, same day they'll remake this into the "duel of saying whatever negative things you can think of sans the ability to back it up" and Noelle may be standing over your battered body.. but until then.. I salute you.

::Shakes his head:: Well, I don't even know Noelle, and I don't really think she know's Sartan, But I don't think he had to get all hostile about it. It was simply a saying trying to get my hopes up and not trying to get anyone down or insulting them. She surely did not want to offend anyone. So lay off and go back to your business and don't give Sartan
compliments about yelling back at someone. I don't think it to be complimented upon. Done.

Ok, I got a question, how come Sartan gets praised for defending himself with harsh words, where others would be attacked for doing the same? Just curious.

Here's another example of "Because you don't hold a high enough rank, you're not entitled to your opinion".
What I also find odd is that you claim she doesn't know you, yet all of a sudden you claim that she has no skill when you don't know her? I thought I've heard many people say time and time again, "Skill is not measured by how many wins you have". Maybe you were one, though I don't remember; too many have said it.
In other words, Sartan, you just sound like some insecure twit who tries to use previous endeavors and current Wins over Losses to try to make a point and to invalidate the opinions of others. That's how I see it.

Var,

Noelle can have any opinion she wants about me. I, however, don't care very much about that opinion, not because of her rank, but because she doesn't know me.

Also, I'd suggest that you get your facts straight when you make accusations. "Maybe I was one" means that I wasn't one of the people who stated that wins over losses don't matter. I've always believed rank is an indicator of skill. If someone is far and away one of the greatest duelists to hold a blade, they will rise in rank, no matter how much or how little they care. Oddly, Noelle hasn't risen very far in rank, has she? Hmm, I wonder what
that would indicate...

On a final note, wah, wah, and also wah. There, I've summed up your posts over the last year or so.
