Petition to Join the Gryphons Dueling Club.

Sometime during the night, a letter finds it's way inside the cottage where she stays, or at her room at the Golden Ivy. This letter somehow homes in on the Lady Drakewyns location in order to safely deliver to her.

At some point during the following days events, Lady Drakewyn is sure to come across the note. When she opens it and reads the script, it contains a letter of intent, something which should prove interesting to her.


Lady Drakewyn Alabaster Silvertree,

Having asked around, it has become my knowledge that you are in need of some fighters for your Dueling Club, the Jade Gryphons. I am hereby announcing my request to become involved with your illustrious team. I feel I can offer a good blade, as I have been trained in the art of fencing for the better part of my life. I ask not for much, just the opportunity to become better known amongst those who also take part in this sport.

I will swear my blade to you and yours should you accept my proposal, and I heartily hope for this to come to pass. I will also pledge my allegiance to you with the very best my skill has to offer. Thank you for listening.

The letter sent, Khan Jorah leans back and smiles, thinking perhaps that this ploy would become on of the better choices of action for him and his cause. Should he be accepted as this Sir Crosus Lore, he would be able to fit in perfectly with the others. Be able to watch them and how they are even better. Of course, he would cloak himself, his power strong to the point where
even the most difficult mages and spellcasters would find it difficult to scry his identity. He had hoped that his chilling aura wouldn't be detected as well, but he could only try and see. Perhaps a visit with one of the children in this guise might do some good.

Also, this Drakewyn Alabaster Silvertree, who is carrying a child of her own, proves to be someone worth watching. Yes, this Team Dueling League will prove to be most useful.

He had sent the application to the Lady Drakewyn some time ago. Having not heard anything as yet, he idly wondered if more extreme measures would be needed.

No matter. Perhaps this holiday season these mortals seemed to take so seriously has caused for a bit of forgetfulness. After all, this Dueling League seemed to be a minor thing to consider what with everything else that goes on. She issued an intent to challenge, her.. pregnancy.. her occupation with the Arena, though on vacation.

Ahh, that would be it, she's on vacation. Then perhaps she simply wasn't availiable to answer him. Likely busy occupying her time with her wife.

Something more to look into.
