The Book of G'nort
Chapter Two.
The Chapter of Unlife.

2:1. Death is painful, it's best to avoid it at all costs.

2:2. Pain hurts, it's why it's called pain.

2:3. It's the little things that make the difference. Paper cuts usually hurt alot more than a knife in the gut. I know, I've had both.

2:4. Travel in pairs. If you get hurt bad and can't get help. They can. Just hope then can go fast.

2:5. Just because you have a bigger weapon and have had alot of experience, doesn't mean that the other guy isn't better than you are.

2:6. No matter how tough you are, there's always someone out there tougher.

2:7. So if that's true, who's tougher than the toughest out there, and so forth?

2:8. It's probably a full circle. Someone not tougher than you can beat the guy who is tougher.

2:9. Pain in order to protect your friends and loved ones is pain that is worth having.

2:10. Just because he looks dead and isn't moving, breathing, or has a heartbeat, doesn't mean he's not about to jump up and try to rip your head off.

2:11. If you're in a cavern of undead, and can't see, your best bet is to leave, now, quickly.

2:12. If you hit someone, make sure the shot counts and knocks then down good. If it's a week shot, you've just made someone really mad who's about to direct it to you.

2:14. Best defense is a good offense. And distance. So, distance and offense are very good defense.

2:15. If a man is convinced he's going to die tomorrow, he will usually try and find a way to make it happen.

2:16. Trust isn't something given freely.

2:17. If someone you've never known approaches you and acts incredibly friendly, they want one of two things. Physical contact, or to plot your downfall.

2:18. Take good care of yourself. A happy body is a healthy body.

2:19. Personal rules can get you through life rather comfortably. But your rules should always allow for some measure of flexibility.

2:20. One never knows when allies can come in handy for any number of reasons. And that works both ways.

2:21. Learn things. Knowledge is power.

2:22. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you must do that thing.

2:23. Things that hurt aren't nessacerily only physical. Beware.

Looking good, Gnort. But where's 1:12 and 2:13?
