Lords an' ladies o' the Duel o' Swords,

T'was me honor an' pleasure ta officiate the challenge o' Warlord Falablah Dalegate ta Baron Jeff Oakenshield fer the righ' ta wear the Eighth Ring. The Baron dueled under the colors o' Crimson an' Metallic Gold, wi' the mithryl battle axe Chaos, an' his wife Summer servin' as both Lady o' Honor an' Second. The Warlord dueled under the colors o' Black, Red, an' Gold, wi' the bastard sword Alan, fer the Honor o' the Lady Redmond, an' his Second
was his frien' Whatnoaaa.

The duel progressed as follows:

Oakenshield: th/ flp/ th/ lc/ sl/ lc/ fcp/ sh/ fdu 5

Dalegate: lc/ sl/ fss/ sh/ flp/ th/ flp/ th/ fcp 3

An' so, Baron Oakenshield does retain his title o' Baron o' the Eighth wi' a 5 - 3 victory in 9 roun's.
