I had the honor and pleasure of observing the duel for the 3rd Baron's Ring of the Duel of Swords this night. The defending Baron was Heath MacCormack, holder of the ring for nearly a month. His second was AJ Bird, and Lady of Honor was his wife, the Lady Raietha MacCormack.
The challenger was Ulath Fici, previous holder of both the 7th and 8th Rings of the Duel of Swords. He had no second, and his Lady of Honor was his wife, the lovely Jola Fici. She was unfortunately absent due to their child's illness. Well-wishes to them.
The duel was fought with both honor and respect, a fine example of what a challenge match should be. The rounds were as follows:

Heath (Bended Kne): FSS TH LC FCP HC TH FLP FSS LC FDK LC - 3 points.
Ulath (Dark Axe): TH LC FCP FDK SH FCP LC SH LC FDK TH - 5 points.

Thus, we have a new Baron of the 3rd Ring. Congratulations to the Baron Ulath Fici, and applause to Heath MacCormack for a marvelous defense.
