::grim faced a bit:: I wish to insert something here, that many may have forgotten.
Xyclone my not have been the best man, or the worst man in the DoS, but he was a man. Now that man has pasted on, and we should let his soul rest in peace. he has gone to judgment for any sins he may have commited, as we all will one day.
Should you continue "Slinging Mud," people will have to begin thinking you fools for beating, sorry about the analogy, a dead horse to death. So, for all the things that are sacred, and holy, stop this abomination. Thank you for your time.
Signed,
Sir Beiver,

::turns up his collar as the mud get's thicker, muttering,
Someone needs to get that kid a dictionary...point him out the entry for "Hypocrite"
that having been said, he chuckles and continues to sit next to the kiosk, grinning all the while, though -not- posting anything.::

Sir Beiver~
In clarification, and *not* defense, Lupton was referring to Taylara when he made his insults, not Xy.

::ignores the mud-slinging, nodding to Aerenth as he sits with a loopy grin near the boards.... murmuring to herself:: I wish I could find one of those cloaks.... Certainly would be a handy thing to have around here....
Tay~~~
My most sincere sympathies to you and Kammi, both. I had not the pleasure of knowing Xy well, but what I did know of the man showed him to be a good soul. Should you need a shoulder, remember where I am.....

Since you have made it your zest in life Lupton, by all means, make it as public as your unwarranted insults.
<sm> And they say to beware of the wrath of a *women* scorned.....they never met Lupton!

Colleen,
I hardly tempted anyone from marriage, and your jealousy prod is down right comical.
I don't post details in public because they don't serve my goal of these posts. Goal: Let it be plainly obvious that Taylara has cheated on all her husbands under the guise of goodness, and has usually spurned away the one she cheated with at the end of the marriage.
I refuse to further add to the boards' mess beyond what I must. Those interested have, and will, come to me for evidence.

Her visits to the rings are less frequent, the demands of realm and family growing. Her elven features grow sad, a sigh from the depths of her heart. She didn't know Xy as well as she liked, what little she knew.. she was well impressed. Taking up her pen, she adds to the growing pile of notes..
"Lady Taylara;
Please accept my sympathies and my condolences. It seems the death of a loved one hasn't escaped many in this troubled land. I didn't know your husband well, but what I knew he was a wonderful man, and a delight to be around.
Again, I am sincerely saddened by this.

Tay and Kammi,
Xy was a good friend to me for a long time. I loved him as one would a brother.
Please accept our deepest sympathies for your loss.

Summer lies in state among the bed clothes, the last of her of the breakfast melons and berries staining her lips. She grimaces and tumbles back, looking languidly up at the ceiling, bored out of her mind yet confined to her chamber until the next Oakenshield decides to arrive.
Ellen enters, with a subtle purse of her lips taking in the debauch scene before her. With a deft twist of her hips, Ellen begins cleaning away the breakfast dishes. After a minute or two she offers, "Stephan told me a bit of terrible news."
Summer arched an eyebrow as she pulled herself out of bed and gave Ellen a look. "News?"
"Aye Madam, it would seem that the one called Xyclone is dead."
Summer rose in the dead winter sunlight and went pale. "Nae, tha' is nae possible."
Ellen finished collecting the dishes and nodded curtly, unaware of her mistresses demeanor. "Aye, tis true. Has a Christian grave, and everyone mourning." and bustling out with a sharp nod to Summer, Ellen left to check the children.
Suddenly Summer went cold, her eyes tracing to the window as if to find some comfort. Softly she prayed, "It can nae be." Her slender arms wrapped around her swollen belly as she let out a soft moan. "It can nae be. He be ta last o' us. An' I done danced at his wedding an' wha' of ta..." He voice trailed away.
Bursting into almost hysterical tears she chastises Winter, "Why ya take some away?"

::Holding Kammi close they read the many heartfelt letters from their friends::
Kammi and I wish you all to know how much your letters have meant to us. Xy was a good man and a friend to many He would be grateful to know that his friends are here for us in our time of grief.

Projected from St Dominicus~
Mer Demeri
'Tis with a piquant sense o' sorrow that I read the previous. Seems you not only lost a beloved mate, but a friend in the works as well.
My fathair in his wisdom once said that the dead are not truly dead if we have loved them. By our lives, and continuing the work they left unfinished, we give them immortality.
Death has no other answer except to continue to live life to the fullest after giving respect to the one mourned. From what I've heard of him, I suspect your husband understood this quite well.
With condolences,
~Rowan Hyperion y'Nestral

M'lady,
You are not well known to me, but, nontheless, I am saddened by your loss and that of your daughter. As for the rest, talking heads will do just that. Pay them no mind, life is too short...
