Acceptance of the Challenge for the Sixth

The following, already sent to the proper parties, is now released to the Duel of Swords community....

I, Cassius Gaius Maximius, reigning Baron of the Sixth, hereby accept the challenge for the Sixth Baronial Ring that has been laid down by the honorable and worthy Warlord,Lord Gunthar. While I refuse to lie and deny my distaste for Lord Gunthar's criterion for challenging me, I nonetheless find his Challenge to be honorable and gracious, and look forward to meeting a accomplished veteran with a
distinguished reputation such as Lord Gunther in the ring.

The date and caller is not set as of yet, I am in contact presently with the Challenger to determine both as would be mutually beneficial. I wish for this match to be in the Annex. I will duel wearing the colors of House Dragoon Talanador, and under the Imperial banner of Rome....the two headed eagle, surrounded by a half circle of olive branch, in it's talons are a bundle of arrows, underneath the eagle, are the Latin letters" S P Q R" inscribed in
gold. I will duel with my gladius, Imperator.
My Second will be Gnort Dragoon Talanador, and my Lady of Honor will be my beautiful wife, Laylla Angalique Maximius. I will duel for her honor, for my honor, and for the honor of the Roman Empire.

Duel well Lord Gunthar, and with Skill, Grace, and Honor.

I, lord Gunthar, will be dueling Cassius Maximus for his position of the holder of the sixth baronal ring. I will be wearing my home colors of black and gold. I will also be wearing my homelands traditional wrist bands plated with gold, with an emblem of an eagle ungraved upon them.
My second at ringside will be the one and only Fantasy RC. He, as of now, is unsure if he shall be able to escape the duties that have kept him from the arena, but is trying non stop to be able to attend. If the case arises that he wont be able to attend, he gives his best wishes to the Baron, Cassius, and to myself as well. I have no lady of honor who will be accompaning me at ringside. I wish the baron the best of luck as well.
