Alignment of the Third Ring

Overlord Dalamar, Barons of DoS, and the rest of the DoS Community,
This missive is posted to announce my alignment of the third ring as loyal to Overlord Dalamar. Contrary to what some might believe, this was a hard decision to make. As a Baron in the past I have, to put it succinctly, stunk. Because of wars in my homeland, I was twice forced to retire a baron's ring without having fought a single challenge. I wish to prove that I deserve to be a baron, and I wish to fight as many challenges as possible to
prove my worth. Thus, it would be easy for me to align myself as a renegade and except the long queues of challenges which renegade barons receive in general.
However, I must align myself as loyal to Dalamar. Not only has Dalamar established himself as the rightful holder of the overlordship by winning several challenge matches, not only has he admirably held the position and provided an exemplary model of behavior for younger duelists to emulate, but he also has earned my loyalty by besting me in my recent challenge to him.
Therefore, Overlord Dalamar, I respectfully request that you allow me to align myself as loyal to you. May your reign be long and prosperous.
