Why do I stay? Although the answer can be given a variety of ways..here is why I have come to stay in the Arena to this day..Friendship. Friendship to my "Swordsbrothers", Percival Marchand de Clermont and Zen Rising. Friendship to my House members..G, Jaycy, Cas, Eldy, Drake..among the rest. Friendship to friends through casual meetings...(repeatedly to..::smiles::) Var and Goph, Lexi..Magnus and Cletus...Friendship to
my team, Rowan, Eukee, Kly, Jola..too many in each catagory to list here..and most of all, Love...Love in it's most invulnerable and pure form..love to Marit.
Also a desire to serve the community..that's why I am still here..

I came here at first because it interested me and I wanted to advance my skill in the sword. No other reason than those.

I stay because this Community is a part of me now. I could no more leave this place permanently than I could remove a limb without extreme pain. Why? The companions with whom I have shared my joys and sorrows, seeing the newer duelers advance and grow in their skills and my own love for the Sport itself. Advancing in rank, while it would be nice, mean little to me in comparison.

The flavorful smell of blood, sweat, alcohol and frustration. The noise of blade clashing with blade, blade slicing through flesh, and the callers' voices ringing out over the din.

Watching new lovers sit in a corner and gaze at each other; and experienced lovers sit in a corner and gaze outward in the same direction.
