Ifn I could sanction it, it would indeed be interestin' but the prize 'as already been set by the higher ups so ma 'ands are kinda tied, less is o'course a Baron retires their ring afore the 30th. Sorra lad.

Of course...
One of the Barons... perhaps the Senior Baron... could simply offer a free challenge match to the second place duelist.
Of course, the Baron could offer a free challenge to the duelist who does the worst in the Tourney... i.e. scores the fewest points in the first two rounds and is thus eliminated.
That's the nice thing about being a title holder... within certain limits, you can pretty much do what you want. I'm fairly certain the Supervisor wouldn't mind one way or the other if a Baron chose to do something like this... as long as there wasn't obvious favoritism... like offering a free challenge to the first Warlord in the Tourney who's name begins with the letter "I". {example only... currently there aren't any Warlords who's name
begins with the letter "I"}

I hate to post negative on the boards ...but it needs to be said and since I'm normally only in the arena on Thursdays when i officiate..I'll say what i have to say here.....Var from my dealings with you which are limited ye seem to be an ok person but ye Whine and complain and take offense to everything way too much...but hey now this is jes my opinion.... somethin ta

Indeed I 'ave read mana comments about prizes and such..and noted 'em down fer future referral....but honestly I am a little upset that ya'll 'ave brought up whinin' and stuff 'bout thin's that 'ave no relevance to the tourney at all. Ifn there are ana more comments 'bout the tourney, questions or such as
