Friends of the Arena,
Tonight..within the hallowed walls of the Arena, I did propose the thought of engagement to my better half, Marit Takcouma. Much to my delight and her own (mixed with surprise), she accepted. I couldn't be more happier, thank you all for your friendships to us both and I hope they continue to grow as we become one in love.

My best wishes to you, Marit and Daelin.
Now, will someone tell me what a "typical" RhyDin marriage is? I've been married twice, and performed two wedding ceremonies... not to mention all the weddings I've been at... I don't recall any of them being very similar to each other... Though my first wedding was moderately similar to G'nort and Prin's wedding.

A typical RhyDin marriage isn't about the wedding ceremony. It is about the married life of the couple. The typical RhyDin marriage resembles them typical marriage of some universes' soap operas. The couple gets married, are hotly passionate til someone gets bored, and then one or both starts to cheat and/or mistreat the other. Fortunately there are exceptions to this.
