::Reads the posting, sighs and writes a note::
Well, as a proud father, I'd have to say this...
Half the land of Rhydin is carrying child, and the other half are men
But, to my point...
Many people of the arena, have taken an interest in starting a family, and passing on their name... Personally, these were my feelings before I started dueling, for Noelle is my love, my life, my wife... If you ever have one you love with your heart and soul, it is something men and women proudly do, which is spend eternity raising a family. Noelle and I have two children, and our third is coming in about 22 days. Noelle and I share a
common love for children, and by no means are we ashamed of discussing it in public. It pleases me, when people admit they are carrying child, that they are a father/mother/both, etc.... for it shows that they have the same interest in children.
Too make a long note short (too late), I am glad that there are people who proudly name themself "parent." That's my 2 gold pieces, and I thank you for listening to my talking...

::Pens her own note, always loving getting involved in these spirited debates.::Buffy, I think what Damien is trying to say is that he's proud that he doesn't have any children, and that he's proud that his name and his axe will die along with him. Well, I can't really understand that kind of attitude, but if that's the way he wants to live, so be it. As for myself, I am proud to be a mother. Delilah is perhaps the greatest joy in my life... and has brought nothing but happiness to my marriage. Children are an affirmation of life in a world where, to some, life is the cheapest of commodities. When people can kill with impunity... when people cry out against the attempts of honorable men to uphold a common standard of law and decency... when people are more worried about insulting the few good and just men and women that try to protect those who cannot protect themselves... In a world like this, how can there possibly be an "overpopulation" problem?

Not biologically possible, though the visual on that might appeal to a select ::cough:: few of our local men. Whats that? Oh yes... men. It takes TWO to tangle, right? So let me rephrase that for you: " at the rate these men and women are breeding." There. I feel better now.Lady Tynsdale
