The Druid found the poem as he gently slipped from the bed, ready to toil for the day. Reading, he fell to his knees....
He stared at Mysty's sleeping form, his eyes wet... "My love.... you are the Poetess of my dreams.. I will love you forever, faithful and truly. I swear it before the Gods"
He sat in the rocking chair and rocked his little daughter, whispering the millionth prayer of thank you to the Gods...for her.... for Love. *

Awakens, hearing Andi cooing, her eyes find Eros cuddling their daughter in the rocking chair, a soft smile curves her lips. Thinking what a wonderful husband and Da he is, how much she loves him. A silent prayer of thanks for the love they share, the life and future together. Her eyes glow softly as she watches them several more moments before
slipping from the bed to join them, brushing her fingers over Anromeda's downy dark red curls, then trailing a finger gently over her cheek, already taking on her Da's dark complection. ::smiles as she yawns, then opens silver eyes matching those of her parents wide, offering her Da batting lashes. Chuckles softly, leaning down to kiss Eros softly. Snuggled next to them on the over sized rocker, feeding Andi as Eros' finger is caught by a tiny hand,
smiles at her husband...
Tis blessing upon blessing we have been given love. Our love, getting through the dark times, our daughter safe and in our arms, the future that shines so brightly, the love that will grow moment by moment. Tis humbled I am that the gods have favored us so. I love you Eros, and pray that we shall continue to fall deeper in love, more devoted, more happy as the future comes and grows...
Kissing his cheek softly, settles within his arms , snuggled close as their daughter continues to feed hungrily, then smiles up at him.
Happy anniversery my love, that day we came together is the most special of my life, a day I will never forget, the day I truly came alive and began to live

He remembered the day they came together on the Beach. He, alone and boarding a ship- crushed, to leave the realm, and she in labor pangs. It had a been a year ago. This was an anniversary of sorts. They had been through much since that day they had first reached out to one another in friendship and mutual need.
He sat in the rocker, cradling and singing sofly to Andromeda..... his gaze resting on Mysty.. He walked to the cave entrance and poked his head through the waterfall. It was raining.... the sky was leaden and grey. He could feel dark forces reaching out... he firmly put them in their place, and held Andi tight.
He could feel a season turning; he knew not which... for good or ill, something was to happen soon. He sat back in the rocker, lost in thought for a long time. Nodding to himself he arose to write to the Overlord.
Sending off the missive, he set Andi gently in her crib and kissed her softly. He lay by his wife's side and pulled her close. "I love you, Mysty. Happy Anniversary." He kissed her gently in her sleep.
He closed his eyes.
